How long does it take to process my order?
We work around the clock to get your orders out as quickly as we can!
Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed before it is dispatched to the carrier.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Domestic orders ship through USPS, which typically takes 5-7 business days, from the time your order is placed before it arrives at its destination!
Please note due to Covid-19 there may be shipping delays outside of our control.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Currently, customers are limited to one mailing address per order.
If you need to ship to multiple individuals, please make sure to submit separate orders!
Returns and Exchanges
We gladly accept returns. In order to be eligible for a return or an exchange, all items must be unused, and in re-sellable condition. All returns or exchanges must be initiated with 14 days of delivery date. In order to initiate a return and/or exchange process, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. Please contact your local post office to file a claim and have an investigation opened as soon as possible.
